Article 1. Application and opposability to the general conditions of sale
The act of making a request implies total and undisputed acceptance to the conditions shown here.
Therefore, unless expressly agreed, any contrary term or condition set forth by the purchaser shall not be invoked against the vendor, regardless of when said conditions were made known.

Article 2. Purchase Order
The information given by the purchaser when making an order is binding. In the event of an error in the address of destination, the vendor can't be held responsible for not being able to make the delivery.
Purchase orders shall be final upon confirmation of purchaser's payment.
TNK society is obligated to respect the purchase orders received on their internet site only within the limits of stock availability. In the case of a stock shortage, the vendor will promptly communicate with the purchaser. Our offers and promotions are valid within the limits of stock availability.
Our products correspond to the given description and presentation. Nevertheless, with the intention of improving the quality of certain products, our suppliers may modify them without prior notice. The pictures on this site are not contractual.

Article 3. Delivery
Within the European Community, product delivery is made over an average time period of 96 hours (working days) beginning from the date of the reception of the purchase order (except in the case of extenuating circumstances) and is subject to product availability.
Extenuating circumstances that release the vendor from delivery obligation are considered to be: war, mutiny, fires, strikes, and natural disasters.
Deliveries are made via La Poste (France's national postal service). We are not responsible for any problems related to organization or operations of La Poste.
For deliveries outside the European Union, it is possible that some taxes will be charged upon receipt of package. These taxes depend on the country and are the purchaser's responsibility. TNK isn't able to offer information regarding the exact amount of these taxes.

Article 4. Reception
Claims related to delivered products must be made within 2 days beginning from the date of their receipt.

Article 5. Returns-Procedures
The articles supplied by TNK are new and are guaranteed against any defect. In the case of a defective article, we commit to change it for an identical one.
If, after the delivery period, a product has not met your expectations, you have a 30 day maximum period to return it. The mentioned product must not be opened, and must be returned in its original cellophane packaging. Packaging and shipping costs will be at the purchaser's expense. The price of the article will be refunded either by credit to your bank account or by check payable to the client who made the order, under the same address used for billing; refund procedure will be chosen by TNK. You may also receive credit valid for 6 months.
The warranty shall become irreversibly void if product damage resulted from negligence or maltreatment. In this case, the client will have no right of reclamation.

Article 6. Price
Prices are final and in euros. They include the posted IVA at the time of order. Any change in applicable taxes may effect the price of the product.

Article 7. Promotions
Our special offers and promotions are valid until our stock runs out.

Article 8. Payment
Payment will be made at the time of purchase. It can be made online with a credit card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard) or via money transfer. In the case of a transfer, the order will be sent once payment has been confirmed.

Article 10. Post-sale service - Warranty
Our associate suppliers guarantee full provision of post sale services through our intermediate.
The warranty becomes effective on the date of billing. Its duration is for 30 days for all products offered on our Internet site.

Article 11. Respect to Privacy
TNK respects your privacy. In accordance to law n° 78-17, January 6, 1978, referring to information technology, files, and freedoms, you have the right to contest (art. 26), access (art. 34-38) and amend (art. 36) with respect to the information that concerns you. Therefore, you can demand any information which is inexact, incomplete, mistaken, expired, or prohibited according to their source, utilization, communication, or conservation to be amended, completed, updated, or erased.
